SonoMed Services Return & Cancellation Policy


At SonoMed Services, we strive to provide high-quality ultrasound machines, medical 
equipment, and accessories to meet your needs. Please review our return and cancellation policy 
carefully before making a purchase. 


Return Policy 

 

  • Return Window: All return requests must be made within 10 business days from the 
    shipment date. 

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Customers must obtain a valid RMA 
    number from SonoMed Services before returning any item. Returns sent without an 
    RMA may be denied for credit.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and 
    ensuring the equipment is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Requests: All order cancellations must be submitted in writing to 
    SonoMed Services. 

  • Shipping Charges: If the order has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for 
    any associated shipping costs, even if the order is canceled before arrival.

Important Notes 

​

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, 
    and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned equipment is received and inspected by our 
    team. 

  • Items damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer may be ineligible 
    for a refund.
